The practical manual in question examines state-of-the art clinical approaches to the treatment of complicated caries, it is based on the latest findings of microbiology and anatomy specialized researches, conducted by both domestic and foreign scientists. Biological relevance underlies the approaches: it considers ensuring a working access, the choice of instruments and methods for high-quality root canal treatment and obturation, application details of dental irrigation solutions, errors and complications arising in the course of treatment. The Practical manual guide is intended for higher educational institution dentistry dept students and teachers, as well as for residents and graduate students.
